Today the puppies had their tails docked and met with the great people over at Briarcrest Veterinary Clinic.   You don’t want their tails too short or too long and Clint Van Etton is a pro at deciding exactly how long to make the tails. I have taken all of my dogs there for over 16 years and have always been happy with their professional and friendly staff.  If your pet needs a good vet clinic I suggest giving them a call. 

The puppies look more like boxers with their new shorter tails but I have a feeling it was not a comfortable thing but the puppies don’t seem to care a bit.   They are happy and eating like crazy.

Carmella and Vito are proud to announce the birth of 9 puppies!  We have 5 males and 4 females, all with beautiful fawn colors and some flashy white marks.  See the photo to the right of them sleeping..  We will have more photos coming soon.

Great News!  We are getting closer to the next litter of puppies! 

I have many who have been asking and the time is nearing.  I will know for sure in a few weeks and will continue to keep the site updated.  We are very excited and Carmella is doing fantastic with her nutrition and prenatal vitamins and supplements.  We skipped having a litter the last few cycles and look forward to a great bunch of puppies.

If you are interested in adopting one of Carmellla’s puppies be sure to send us a note so we can keep you "in the loop" as we get closer and closer.  You may also want to specify if you want a male or female and what coloring you may be interested in (flashy or black mask).  We have no way of knowing what will arrive but the photos from previous litters should be a good place to see what beautiful puppies we have had the pleasure of having.

My nephew’s wanted a puppy very badly and after receiving the green light from their "parental units" I had the extreme pleasure of flying out to California to deliver one of Vito and Carmella’s puppies. 

The puppy delivery mission was fun and, as you guessed it, has ben documented on my nephew’s new web site ROCCOADVENTURES.COM

I encourage you to visit this site and read from the bottom up to see how the trip went and view Rocco’s new adventures..  Rocco has been to Bass Lake, camping, swimming in the hot tub and plenty of visits to Petsmart.  Sign his guestbook and let him know what you think!

Great News!   Sweetie Pi is now adopted and living with a great family.  They have four kiddos and I am sure Sweetie is having lots of fun.  I must admit I fell in love with this puppy and was going to keep her.  She has learned much from being with her Mom and Dad for the first 5 months of her life and she sure is a sweet puppy. 

This weekend we went from 10 puppies down to only 2 left.  Flower and Sweetie Pi are still looking for great families to take them home.  You can see their photos online by clicking on the picture on the puppies page.  For those who like their boxer to be white on the face, Flower has beautiful white marks on her face and around her neck.   Those who like very little white on their Boxer will love the equally as beautiful Sweetie Pi with her all black mask and adorable face.  She is very little, quiet and loves to snuggle with Flower when they take naps.  When she was born she had a very prominant “Pi” symbol on her chest which is still visible and how she got her litter name.  Please take a look at them in the puppies section.
